How does the Swifticket works?

Using the Swifticket, you can browse through the lists of movies showing in Cinema theaters around, when you find a movie you’d like to see, select the Showtime and the theater, and proceed to purchase your ticket. Your ticket will be generated in form of a QRCode and sent to your Email, your ticket information will be available on your Swifticket profile page. The QRCode will be required for check-in verification at Cinema Theater.

How do I pay for ticket on Swifticket?

Payment on Swifticket is online. We require a valid debit card to complete your order. Swifticket accepts all major local debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard/Verve. Note that International cards are not acceptable yet.

When does advance booking open on the Swifticket?

Advance booking depends on the Theater planning schedule and the release date of the movie. When the cinema theater opens the advance booking, the movie is automatically available on Swifticket.p>

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

No, once tickets booked are deemed as sold, it is not possible to cancel, or refund a confirmed booking. Refund is only possible in cases of transactional errors. Contact help@swifticket.com for replacement of lost ticket(s).

Can I change movie, showtime, or Cinema venue?

No, once tickets booked are deemed as sold, there are is no privilege to revise the booking details.

What information can I see about a movie on Swifticket?

On the movie detail page, you can find the movie Showtime, movie trailer, photos and cast information.

How many tickets can I book in a single transaction?

Multiple ticketing is allowed per single transaction. A maximum of 5 tickets are allowed per category during transaction.
